Comments:
Did the tempo tonight after work, to get in the work but with a bit more rest. Decided I'd do 10K continuous - timed, but didn't look. Felt REALLY good, focusing on pelvis/trunk techniques.
Overall time: 18:16, 18:17 = basically 5:53 pace. Good for being dark in the 2nd half, and for feeling really good, but I wish it would've been 5:43s...
