River Tempo

Comments:
Ran from the apt, did a 2mi warm-up +4 strides, then went into the tempo. It was very dark again and no headlamp so I had to go conservative in the dark sections. Felt good; really worked on pelvic and neck "posture" -- had some near-cramps in the L abs.

Did a 5K, then a mile out and back for 5.1: 18:20 and 11:57. Not great for the two mile, but I was pretty tired.
