Biked to work, then after the run biked to Anytime to lift. After the run -- and yesterday's workout -- I was pretty whipped. Didn't help to have a significant wind in my face on the ride up there, either.

Got in a TIRING LIFT. I was really tired. I almost bailed after the 1st set of my 2nd circuit, but I chowed a Kashi bar and muscled through it. No circuits. Too damn tired.

Biked home, thankfully with the wind. Feel odd today: sweaty, but cold. Maybe it's the weather...

Kind of pissy about my knee, which I iced along with my calves after I got home. I think I'm gonna take a zero tomorrow.
