Another solo, night/rain track workout. 3 mi warmup, 1 mi cooldown: 4x800s, timed, but did not look at watch. First 3 comfortable, then last 1 harder.

2:38, 2:38, 2:39, 2:29.

Not great, but solid, considering the conditions. Wore the Ronins.
