Pretty good day. Had a quick day at work, a really good midterm CPI, and a great run, which was a relief.
Today I decided I'd do some on/off running to keep the pain at bay. I started with a couple min on, one off, then slowly tapered to less and less rest. In all I walk-rested about 5 minutes over a total of 33min or so. PAIN-FREE. Whew.
After the run I biked to Anytime, got in a lift, then biked home.
GOOD WEEK: I weighed in at 156 at day's end. That's great. Pretty much back to where I was a year ago. :)
...So then I reversed it by going to Izzy's for dinner! :p
