GOOD RUN today. Maybe the best of 2009.
Really focused on good form: pushing off my mid/forefoot in general, and specifically my L big toe. NOT EASY.
I booked it pretty good into Alton and around the longer loop (to Wilhamut) and back. It was only in the last K or so did I feel anything other than infrapatellar soreness. Turns out I was starting to run on the outside of the foot! DOUBLE-FARTS! It's sooo hard, even when I *think* I'm focusing on it! This is exactly what happened this weekend: "I FORGET IT, BROTHAAAA!"
After the run, I worked a couple hours and then, since it was so nice, went for a "sprint ride" up and down the river before biking home.
Circuits at home. Coupla beers and studying at Max's.
