out to 2.5, back to 2.0, w/ Robert, felt solid, could carry a conversation because cardio/breathing was fine, but sore legs from circuit slowed us down

1*400 (200 jog), 3*200 (100 jog) w/ Tim @ mile race pace
2 miles outside CD

solid day, glad we didn't do 40 minute tempo, and the pace work at the end surprisingly loosened my legs from circuit soreness
