Comments:
Bolted out to do a hill workout in my hr lunch. 1 mile warm-up w/x4 strides. Didn't roll the plantar beforehand...
x3 reps, didn't look at the watch 'til after (Up, Down):
3:24, 2:19 = 5:43
3:23, 2:15 = 5:38
3:22, 2:12 = 5:34
MUCH faster than last week, which was cool. Cool to run <4:30 pace downhill. Good to work the turnover.
Post-run:
- Some L plantar soreness
- Tweaked my L glut med on the downs! :p
