Comments:
Did a three mile warmup (woodbridge) then stretched and drills in Jadwin. We were originally going to do this workout outside but it got really windy and cold so we figured it would be best to stay indoors. The group consisted of Bartlett, Joe, Sean, Max, Dennis, Peter, and myself. We did 6x200 with 200 jog for recovery. Our recovery started out alright but Kaulach picked it up after the first 2 and started hammering. The first three were in 30 or so but then we started hitting 29s. The last couple were really fast. 28 for a couple and 27 for the last one. Joe closed his last in 26. We got a 400 jog after the first 6. I felt pretty horrible today. I still can't breathe normally and I'm really sore from the lunges yesterday. But, it felt good to go fast. Wore the new kayanos and they feel amazing.
