I had to drive D'Juan to Peoria today, and then we went fossil collecting at the Devil's Backbone on the drive back, so I didn't get back until it was like 8:00 and had to run then. I felt like crap from all the junk I ate today, so I just did a hard mile instead of doing a full tempo.
