Comments:
I did 4x800 on the hilly Delaware Lake loop, but did them in reverse so they were net downhill. I just wanted to do something that got my legs moving since they've felt so lethargic lately. I had a 400 jog for recovery between each. Splits were 2:22 2:21 2:19 2:18. 3 downhill strides afterwards and then 30 minutes with Tyler.
