We did thousands on the outdoor track today on a 5 minute cycle. That makes it pretty nice because then I get about 2 full minutes of rest in between intervals. It was windy on the backstretch, but really this workout felt pretty chill and I never felt like I was pushing it at all until the last 300 meters of the 5th one.
