Willamette trail (to Anytime and back)

Woke up this morning to find my tires flat AGAIN. Goddamnit! Not sure if it's my technique, something IN the tire, or simply the tire's jimmy'd from riding it on a semi-flat yesterday.

Drove to work and packed running stuff. I was gonna run, then drive to Anytime, but I figured, "Why not try to run to Anytime and back from work?" Sketchy idea, but I gave it a shot.

After lots of foam rolling, I ran the southbank trail to Anytime, with just a bit of knee soreness at the very end. The lift was full but tiring, and then I slogged it back to my car at work: mega-slow at first but then an OK pace. The inside knee began to hurt with about 2.5K to go and it actually began to resemble patellar pain but even when I finally stopped, I made sure it wasn't! Whew.

TEN MILES PAIN-FREE???

Ran some errands after work then IZZY'S again! :s This place is so convenient (and awesome) it's tough NOT to go every night!
