Comments:
Nice day out, but I felt TERRIBLE on this run: just super-tired and slow. I had considered doing a hill workout but I felt so crappy that it was tough enough just to get up Skinner's. It's a nice little loop but I felt like shit.

So shitty, in fact, that I DIETED from biking more OR lifting today. Just went home, ate food, napped, went and bought more food, then went and ate more food. :|
