Woke up this morning and felt horrible so decided not to double. My legs felt really dead the entire day and they didn't feel any better even after the warmup. That double pretty brook really killed me. Anyways, the workout was 1600, 2 min rest, 1.5 miles at tempo, 2 min rest, 1200, 2 min rest, 1.5 tempo, 2 min rest, 800. The first mile felt really bad. It was a shock to the legs mostly because I felt so bad going into the workout. But I felt better and better as the workout went on. I could've definitely done a lot more than what was prescribed. This is GREAT! A solid first workout for the spring. It's only gonna get tougher from here. I'm gonna break 14 minutes by Mt. Sac.
