Comments:
Definitely felt faster than I was actually going, but it should be fine. I don't want to decrease my mileage at all even though conferences is coming up. I really didn't have any goals for indoor track because of my injury so whatever I end up doing will be a success. My focus is really on getting in the low 15s or even the high 14s if my training goes well in the 5k.
