Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slow, easy run at lunch. R side of back was sore this AM, and the R hip soreness -- which was 95% better - came back. Annoying. Stretched a bunch of stuff. Felt better as the day went on.
Only run of the day. Needed the rest.
