Comments:
Ran after work/ERC. Kept it really easy. Did a bit on the TM to check out the form (looked OK). Focused on "pelvis only" with quick turnover.

ISSUES:
1.) Still trunk to L. Need to push off strong on L to get over to R, but also continue w/a good R push.

2.) Trunk/back posture. Before I was subbing flexed trunk for forward engagement. When I got back to "neutral" lumbar, I went backwards. I felt that slowness and braking at Chuckanut. I need to be forward into the stride WITH lumbar neutral. Very tough, but it keeps my stride turnover better.

OK run except the arch/midfoot of R was sore. Not terrible, but yellow-flag.
