Comments:
Four 1200s and four 400s with 3minutes rest between the 1200s.
times: 3:49, 3:48, 3:49, 3:51 .... 73, 73, 73, 74
Felt pretty drained... probably just not in top shape yet... trying to get there. It also seemed hotter than usual.
