3m w/u, 3 mile tempo with splits of 5:05, 5:15, 5:16. 8 mins rest and 4x400 with ~2:30 rest in 59, 59, 58, 60. 3 c/d. probably took the 3rd 400 a little too hard and suffered on the 4th.
