Sliger Mine Rd/GG to Placer

Comments:
Long day: up at 0500, worked 'til 930, then drove to Auburn. Got there around 530PM, then met Jake and drove to GG to run back. Was about 630 by the time we hit the trail. Kept it real easy to sim "race day".

Fairly enjoyable, but quickly got gut rot due to the Subway lunch and sunflower seeds on the drive down: deuce at ALT, then another deuce on Quarry Rd. Gut rot on and off to the finish. Legs felt crappy too..........

....but FINALLY figured out what was going on: my R pelvis was totally locked up and tensed! Must be from my back pain, but I stopped moving it (d/t pain?), likely causing the overt soreness on that side. Worked full and relaxed mobility on the run back, which felt pretty good.

OK run, but man was I wasted: we ran the last 2/3 in the dark with only 20oz water. Good training, I guess, but not the memories I wanted for that trail segment
