Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Met the EUG Crew (LB, lc, Dan-O, Queen, T-Bag) for our first Thu night track session. Didn't get much warm-up becuase I was late.

Did 6x400 with 2:00 recovery. We took turns leading. Wound up doing: 75 (LB), 73 (Dan-0), 73 (T-bag), 70 (me, oops!), 71 (LB), 69 (Dan-o).

Felt OK but felt like I was totally seizing up on the R pelvis! Both Queen and Britten (post-run on cooldown) told me my L arm was swinging way more than the L. F~!

Post run we jogged back to LBs, and back. Had an EPIC (dehydration?) bonk on the way -- had to stop in LB's for wahdoo. Felt better. Foot was so-so.
