Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a light walk with Evan, went for a short run, really focusing on:
- Forward trunk
- Getting my foot beneath me ("fast feet")
- Pelvic PD
- Reduced trunk rotation.
Last night was a definite wake-up call to braking and excessive trunk motion! Sheesh! Felt pretty good on this run. Not very warm, but humid
