Biloxi Beach to the house

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slept in pretty good, then we went to the beach. Hung out for a bit (mid morning), then around noon I ran back to the house with a nice tailwind. Because of the wind at my back, the heat built up pretty good, making for good heat training.

R pelvis wasn't too sore. Worked on quick turnover, but still felt pretty sore in the back and some knees, too. :s
