26*400 alone, goal ~:75, starting a new 400 every 2:00 so ~:45 rest; actual 73.0-77.0
CD w/ Grog to Hampshire

wanted to mimic Zatopek's 40*400 but at a slower pace obviously, decided on :75 haphazardly and starting the next quarter every 2minutes so 45seconds rest and realized it was going to be 400s to exhaustion at that pace making it somewhere between 25 and 30. Made it 27, could have pushed to 30 but decided not to. stomach/ GI tract has been wrecked the rest of the evening. heartrate and breathing was calm immediately after my last interval, but my legs were feeling it and my stomach was done. good workout.
