Weather: dreary cold dat

Comments:
Ugh, 20x200 at mile pace with 2 mins rest as 200m recovery jog. A long and really tedious workout, after about 10 intervals my legs were getting beat. Last five were really tough. Pace got faster each interval. Not fun.
