wanted 3*2miles, went 2*2miles, 1*mile, 3 minutes rest;
CD to Hamp

went down to MLK, we both felt like shit, we stazted every interval too fast, trailed off on the end... pretty shitty workout but at least we got the mileage and fast running in. good news for me is anything under 6:00pace is sub-race pace for me which is good, practicing running fater than race pace will make race pace seem like less effort.
