Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Up early to do abs, stretching, etc. Did some shin rolling, then icing. After that I drove to Alton to run. Did the big PRE look + the Springfield extender. I thought it was 7, but turned out to be just over 6 miles.
Overall it felt as good as yesterday -- mostly "good/great", some periods of tightness, but usually when/after I was NOT relaxing the ankle/letting it go.
Iced and US'd immediately after, at work. Still crepitus moving the tendon, but little to no pain with it.
