Comments:
Went to the National Training Center one last time. Today was a weird day but a pretty good one looking back on it. Did a three mile warmup before doing 8x200 to get the legs moving faster than we've been going this week. I felt absolutely awful during the 200s. Hit mostly 31s and 30s. I was wearing trainers so I felt heavy and I felt dehydrated from being at the beach all of yesterday. Then did a longer 5 mile cooldown with Maag and Bartlett. We then rushed back to the house after making a pointless Chiptle stop. The next 45 minutes were mayhem. Cleaning, eating, and packing all at the same time but we got the job done. Headed over and watched some track stuff at Disney before heading to the airport. The trip was a great success.
