Comments:
Shin felt a little tight in the afternoon, but not painful - just overall "tight" in the front/lower shin.

Biked again after work - high heat but only shorts. Worked on pedalling more relaxed through the shin (and pressure on the midfoot).

Post bike: US'd, iced....
