Comments:
Woke up, did some light stretching/STM to the shin, did a bunch of dural stretching to the L leg, then went running. Wore the super-light Nike cc flats on this run, looking to keep it light and flat on my feet/avoiding lateral striking.

Was sore immediately...but never really got worse! Ran all the way through PRE, then through Fairmount/Campus. Paved stuff didn't feel great, but I did 65min/9mi without issues.

Post-run: quick ice, then work. Sore at work, but the ankle seemed to stiffen AND I felt like I wasn't relaxing it...
