Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran easy after work, but added about ten strides into the run (maybe more?) every 3min, about 8-15s long.
Worked on mechanics, being sure I was getting a "high" enough turnover and landing beneath me. Felt pretty OK - much better 'N' Monday, but still felt very sore and tired (feet/knees) after.
Did a good job w/calories today: TJ's for lunch, then Subway immediately after the run.
