630p bike with Grog & Phil, out NP, SP, Shaker, Gates Mills; back Gates Mills, Fairmount. felt decent but couldn't keep up with Grog & Phil on my 1970's bike on the uphills. 1:23:27 overall time w/o stopping the watch. Phil says 17.9mph average
walking downstairs and getting in and out of my old car are pretty much the only activities that are still awkward. walking is fine and walking upstairs is ok. excited to start running again soon.
