Comments:
Really tough workout today, which was 4x200s with 30 sec. rest, 4x300 with min. rest, and 4x400 with 2 min. rest. And five mins rest between each set. 200s and 300s were not comfortable at all, and still felt bead by the 400s. Solid workout though.
