Started out with Sean, Bartlett, Joe, Trevor, and Brannigan but it was pretty much just Joe, Brannigan and I after the first mile. The entire pace of the run was good. We started out slower but I picked it up once we got to the YMCA. I actually felt really bad going into the workout. My entire body is sore and I feel heavy. Still, I managed to get up the hills alright even though it was tough. Finished the last 1200 on the track. Felt fine. Did a couple women's md loops as a cooldown.
