Comments:
Did a short tempo over lunch. Ran to the tail-end of adidas, x5 strides preceding, working on heel recovery and foot beneath COM. Felt tired, but got into a good rhythm on the tempo:

Post run: really sore R lateral hip, and some mild R lBP. I think I was shifted L. Bummer.
