Comments:
First double digit miler in awhile. The first 4 felt great. Good pace (under race pace). Had some pretty intense hills in the middle few miles that really took it out of me. Finished strong. At 9 miles my stomach wasn't feeling very good and my right knee had a twinge in it for about a minute. I took one scoop of NO pre run and GU'd at about 4 miles. Felt like I could have used one more GU. Just kind of ran out of gas a little through the tough hilly part of the run. Overall I am happy to have got some good mileage in. 3 weeks and counting. Woo Hoo.
