VRC + Big PRE heat training

Comments:
Ran after work; didn't seem too hot, maybe high 70s or 80, tops?

Wore the same as at lunch, but also a short sleeve. Plan was to run 4, then hook up w/britten, so I ran the VRC loop, then back to the APT. Felt fine until I got to the apt, then felt really warm and tired. She wasn't there, so I didn't break stride back to Alton/PRE.

TOUGH second half - got really hot and tired. Worked on foot under body and keeping trunk R. Felt some cramping in lower abs -- was I rounded forward? Dunno.

VERY tough run! Wow.
