Good run day with the youngins. Pretty nice day finally to run, and I felt really good. Seemed like the distance kids felt great as well. It's been a long time since feeling recovered enough to run well, so hopefully we can start feeling fast pretty soon. I'm looking forward to racing the next few weeks, and know that season is going to end way too quickly. You guys are doing great, and I think today was just a taste of what you are capable of.
sets were done in pairs of two with 100 meter jog between. We probably started a bit too slow, but other than the first interval everything was as planned except the super fast last set.
