Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Nice, about 55 but a little windy
Comments:
Ran with Justin. I let him lead the two and a half. I pushed hard the last two and a half. Felt really good. My legs are noticably (sp?) stronger. It feels good to be stronger. I am building confidence for a sub 2:00 half in a few weeks.
