Pretty tough worlout at Tilden, 600 (2 min rest), 800 (2 min), 1000 (3 min), 1200 (3 min), 1000 (3 min), 8000 (2 min), and 600. Felt pretty fast for two mile pace, legs were really getting tired. Felt pretty strong though.
