Weather: brisk but good

Comments:
did the first mile of the cj 5k then out to river road and back plus a little cooldown in the parking lot, felt really good the whole way except for some minor gas, pushed the way back and felt strong on the hills and overall felt pretty fresh, made up for the unexpected day off yesterday hopefully
