Comments:
The weather was pretty windy on the backstretch today but nothing like Tuesday. Definitely good enough for a workout. Started out with Brannigan, Ted, and Cameron but only finished with Cameron. Did 5x1600 and felt good the entire time. Splits were: 4:47, 4:44, 4:38, 4:32, 4:31. Felt really controlled and although I was getting tired by the last one, I could've definitely tacked another one on but Dolan told me to save it for the race. I'm ready to run fast.
