Comments:
Sat around most of the day 'til 3, when I finally hit the road. Felt REALLY GOOD and FAST again today. The legs were still a little trashy but I was flying along. Interesting. (7:08, 7:04)
Between last night and lunch, I over-fibered and had to take 3 deuce stops! Eek. It wasn't too disruptive, though.
Did circuits afterwards, then drove Billy to Hudson. Lifted at Anytime afterwards.
