Weather: Chilly 35 or so
Comments:
One last big hill run before the race. Felt good. Took it easy for the first couple of miles then really picked up the pace. Did 3 miles right at race pace and finished with an 8:07. That is real fast for me. It's nice to know that I had it in me. 5 more days!!
