Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran w/Jeff at lunch. Wore the work M101s to focus on whole foot. Started somewhat brisk and got brisker - got down to low 6:30s by Autzen Bridge, but Jeff was fading already so we slowed up.
Focused on quick turnover (still not easy, still not at 180) and whole foot strike. Felt OK; didn't look all that great in the reflections at the end.
Post work: lifted weights for the first time in months. Did some new core-related and hip lifts.
