Barefoot at Sheldon

Did my first-ever yoga class at 8AM: HARD! But defintely good at generating both ROM and some core stab.

Afterward, drove straight to Sheldon for 3mi of barefoot. Focused on quick turnover and whole foot, AND scap mob instead of elbow flexion.
