Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decent run. Ran in the Ronins, focusing on the lengthening and hip extension, good scap use and medial foot strike.
Felt pretty good 'til the last 2-3 miles, then I got tired. Also had a bit of L ITB soreness at the end. Didn't do the best job of 1st MTP push-off, as I could see my R foot flopping out. Man, that's annoying...
