Weather: pretty darn hot, very sunny

Comments:
so the mile wasn't really anything to write home about and a good bit off the 4:28 i was hoping for today, felt sleepy-tired going into but legs felt alright, going out in 66 didn't feel terrible but apparently let up way too much in the 2nd lap and split 70 (2:16), dunno the third lap but even though i pushed it was probably pretty slow, should've started full-out kicking at 200 or 250 instead of the usual 100 cause i had way too much left in the tank and that might have made a couple secs difference, even split another 2:16 to close, really did not want to do the 2 mile after but gutted it out and turned out decently, went out in 4:59 and closed in 5:00, not bad for feeling like shit before and needing a bunch of crazy surges to stay in the race, blistered my left outside toe during the latter part of the race which hurt considerably, 7th in both races, sunburned and sore and feeling kinda crappy but overall a 3 sec pr in the mile and an outdoor pr in the 2 mile, fuck the official results: 4:32.6 and 9:59.5
