Weather: 50s, nice

Comments:
GOOD RUN out at the Shopko Trails today. This morning I found out about the G-L Residency: RED-TAGGED. I didn't get it, and I was pretty upset about that, so I left right away in the AM (pre-9AM) to run it off.

The hip was "a little bit" on the run, likely d/t the hill workout yesterday, but it was "fine". Kept it easy, and overall I felt pretty damn good.
